Booked an appointment for 5:40pm and turned up and the place was closed. Received no contact from the salon that they wouldn’t be open.

I was looking for a new nail salon, so I booked Noire. My very first appointment at Noire Nails, was pre booked for this morning (Saturday) at 9am. I received a reminder and had confirmed throughout the week. However, when I arrived to the salon at 8:45 prepared for my appointment it was closed, I sat their till 9:10 and still no one inside. I tried to call the multiple numbers I saw on the front window, and their website. No answer. So I decided to go down the road to Serenity Nails, they fit me in and did a wonderful job. I was looking for a new nail salon and it looks like I found it, and Noire Nails is not it!!!
